Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach - 1 ripe banana
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender. 2. Blend on high until the smoothie is completely smooth.
3. Taste and add honey if you prefer it sweeter.
4. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
