A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic to the skillet and sauté until golden brown, making sure not to burn it.
4. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for an additional minute.
5. Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water and then drain the rest.
6. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with garlic and oil, tossing to combine.
7. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
8. Season with salt to taste and mix until well coated.
9. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
