Crispy and delicious French fries are the perfect side dish for any meal. Preparation time is just 30 minutes, and they are sure to please the whole family. Serves 4.

Ingredients:

- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into sticks about 1 cm thick.
2. Boil the potato sticks in salted water for about 5 minutes until slightly softened. Drain and let cool.
3. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
4. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
5. Add the potatoes to the seasoning mix and toss well to coat all the fries.
6. Spread the potato sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not overlapping.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through baking.
8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
