Ingredients
- 1/2 liter heavy cream - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 5 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- Filling: thawed frozen strawberries or jam
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks and salt until the mixture is light and fluffy. 2. Stir in the all-purpose flour until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the egg yolk mixture until well blended.
5. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
6. Carefully fold the egg whites into the batter until just combined.
7. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour some batter onto the skillet, cooking until golden brown on both sides.
8. Serve the pancakes with strawberries or jam on top.
