Ingredients:
- 300 g sushi rice
- 400 ml water
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 g fresh salmon
- 200 g fresh tuna
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 4 sheets nori
- Soy sauce for serving
- Wasabi and ginger for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the sushi rice in cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice in water according to package instructions.
2. In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Stir this mixture into the cooked rice gently.
3. Slice the salmon, tuna, avocado, and cucumber into thin strips.
4. Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat. Spread the rice evenly over the nori, leaving the edges clear.
5. Add your desired fillings on top of the rice. Roll the nori tightly into a roll.
6. Cut the sushi roll into 6-8 pieces using a sharp knife.
7. Serve the sushi with soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger on the side.
