Ingredients:
- 125 g butter - 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g chocolate chips (optional)
- 100 ml whipped cream (for topping)
- 12 berries (e.g., strawberries or raspberries, for topping)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).2. Grease a muffin tin or use paper muffin liners.
3. Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder.
6. Gradually add the flour mixture to the batter, alternating with the milk. Mix well.
7. Stir in the vanilla sugar and chocolate chips gently.
8. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
9. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cupcakes are golden brown and cooked through.
10. Allow to cool and top with whipped cream and berries before serving.
