A deliciously spiced cupcake recipe that is perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 12 cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ dl sugar
- 1 dl butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ dl spices (such as ginger or cardamom)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and spices.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture, alternating between the two, mixing until smooth.
6. Divide the batter evenly into muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cupcakes are golden brown and cooked through.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
