A comforting and flavorful chicken soup perfect for any day.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillets
- 1 liter chicken broth
- 2 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat a little oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
4. Add the chicken fillets and cook until they turn golden brown.
5. Pour in the chicken broth, then add the potatoes and carrots. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
6. Stir in the cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the hot soup garnished with fresh parsley.
