Ingredients

- 5 dl powdered sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 2 dl granulated sugar
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 200 g cream cheese (about 13% fat)
- Room temperature butter
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- All-purpose flour

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the granulated sugar and room temperature butter until light and fluffy.
2. Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to beat the mixture until well combined.
3. In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, mixing until smooth.
5. Fold in the cream cheese and vanilla sugar until fully incorporated.
6. Divide the batter evenly among cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before serving.
