Ingredients:

- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped red onion and crushed garlic, sauté for about 2 minutes.
3. Add the chicken fillets and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Add the bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped basil. Mix well.
6. Add the balsamic vinegar and stir again. Serve immediately.
