Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne)
- 400 g chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Cut the chicken breast into strips. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Peel and dice the bell pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the chicken strips to the pan and cook until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
5. Add the bell pepper and cherry tomatoes to the pan. Cook for a few more minutes until the tomatoes soften.
6. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir all the ingredients together.
8. Serve warm and garnish with fresh basil.
