A perfect zander dish where the freshness of ginger meets the sweetness of honey. This recipe is easy and quick to prepare, making it ideal for summer evening grill parties.Preparation Time: 1 hour (marinating time not included)

Ingredients
- ½ kg zander fillets- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 dl cooking yogurt
- 2 tsp honey
- ½ lime juice
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together the ginger, salt, black pepper, cooking yogurt, honey, and lime juice.2. Pour the marinade over the zander fillets and stir to ensure the fish is evenly coated.
3. Place the fish fillets in a resealable bag with the marinade and refrigerate for about an hour.
4. Preheat a skillet or grill and cook the zander fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through and has a nice golden-brown surface.
5. Serve the zander with a side salad or rice.
