A delicious and refreshing pasta salad perfect for summer picnics or a light meal. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients List:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne)
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 100 g olives, sliced
- 0.5 dl fresh basil, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Prepare the vegetables: chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper.
3. In a bowl, mix the cooled pasta, vegetables, feta cheese, olives, and basil.
4. Make the dressing by whisking together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad.
5. Toss all ingredients well and serve immediately, or let it marinate in the fridge for a while.
