A refreshing and floral mocktail perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons elderflower juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ tablespoon agave syrup (or maple syrup)
- ½ passion fruit
- Ginger ale
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ice
Instructions:
1. In a glass, measure the elderflower juice, lemon juice, and agave syrup, and stir with a spoon until the syrup dissolves.
2. Add plenty of ice to the glass.
3. Scoop out the insides of the passion fruit and add to the glass.
4. Fill the glass with ginger ale and stir gently with a spoon.
5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
6. Enjoy immediately!
