A delightful and spicy snack that's perfect with glögg or makes a beautiful gift! Preparation time is about 30 minutes and serves 4-6 people.Ingredients:
- 200 g mixed nuts (e.g., walnuts, almonds, cashews)
- 2 tbsp ginger syrup
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for fan oven).
2. In a bowl, mix the nuts, ginger syrup, chopped rosemary, salt, cayenne pepper, and oil until the nuts are well coated.
3. Spread the nuts evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Roast the nuts in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until they are golden brown. Stir once during roasting.
5. Allow the nuts to cool before serving or packaging as a gift.
