- 200 ml light coconut milk
- 2 bananas
- 150 g frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
- 100 g yogurt (e.g., coconut or vanilla yogurt)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the bananas.
2. In a blender, combine coconut milk, bananas, frozen strawberries, honey, yogurt, and vanilla extract.
3. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
4. If you prefer a cooler drink, add your desired amount of ice and blend again.
