A refreshing coconut-based smoothie that's perfect for summer! This lighter version is still packed with flavor. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 ml light coconut milk - 1 banana
- 100 g frozen strawberries
- 100 g frozen pineapple
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 100 g ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth and has a creamy consistency.
3. Taste and add honey for extra sweetness if desired.
4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
