Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 100 g feta cheese, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (such as parsley or oregano), chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, diced feta cheese, grated garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, and chopped herbs.
2. Form the mixture into evenly sized patties.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
