Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef - 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can taco sauce
- 200 g tortilla chips
- 200 g shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Dice the bell pepper.2. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until they are soft.
3. Add the ground beef to the pan and brown it thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Stir in the diced bell pepper and taco sauce. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Spread the tortilla chips in a baking dish, then pour the beef mixture over the chips.
6. Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving, if desired.
