A hearty and cheesy casserole loaded with ground beef, fresh vegetables, and nacho chips. Perfect for a family dinner or game day! Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Viola seasoned cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1-2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 pack taco seasoning or fajita seasoning
- 1-2 onions, chopped
- 400 g ground beef
- 3-5 tomatoes, diced
- 2 bags of tortilla chips (triangular, seasoned)
Instructions:
1. Spread the Viola cream cheese evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then season it with the taco seasoning.
3. Chop the onions, dice the bell peppers, and dice the tomatoes.
4. Layer the cooked ground beef over the cream cheese in the baking dish.
5. Add the chopped onions, diced bell peppers, and tomatoes on top of the ground beef.
6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
7. Add the tortilla chips on top of the cheese layer. Bake in the oven at 200°C (about 400°F) for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
