A delicious creamy pasta dish combining fresh spinach with rich cream, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until soft.
4. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the skillet and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir to combine. You can add a little reserved cooking water if needed to ensure the sauce coats the pasta well.
7. Grate in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
