Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli) - 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.2. Cut the chicken fillets into strips. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until they are cooked through and nicely browned.
4. Add the onion and garlic to the pan, and sauté for a few more minutes until the onions are soft.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix thoroughly. Grate the Parmesan cheese into the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
