A refreshing and delicious dish made with chunky vegetables and authentic feta cheese. This salad is perfect as a side or a light meal. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe tomatoes- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 bell pepper (preferably green)
- 200 g feta cheese
- 100 g black olives
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh oregano (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse and chop the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper into large pieces.2. Place the vegetables in a large salad bowl.
3. Add cubed feta cheese and black olives to the bowl.
4. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad.
5. Gently toss all the ingredients together.
6. Sprinkle fresh oregano on top if desired.
7. Serve immediately.
