A delicious and nutritious overnight oats recipe perfect for breakfast or a snack. Preparation Time: 30 minutes (or overnight)

Ingredients:
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 2 dl milk or yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 dl berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, milk or yogurt, and honey together.
2. Add the berries, banana slices, and chia seeds if using.
3. Stir all the ingredients well to combine.
4. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
5. Serve as a breakfast or snack. You can top it with more berries or nuts if desired. Enjoy!
