Ingredients:
- 2 dl plain yogurt - 1 dl water
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl pecans (chopped)
- 0.5 dl dried cranberries
- 1 orange (cut into pieces)
- 1 tsp orange zest (grated)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, water, and rolled oats. 2. Add the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, orange pieces, and grated orange zest to the mixture.
3. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and stir well to combine.
4. Divide the mixture into jars or containers and cover with a lid.
5. Allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours, preferably overnight.
6. Serve in the morning and enjoy!
