Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes- 1 avocado
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 1 lime (juice)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon chili (ground or fresh)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the mangoes and avocado.2. Slice the red bell pepper and red onion into thin strips.
3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
4. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
5. Add soy sauce, honey, and chili. Mix well.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
8. Serve cold and garnish with fresh cilantro.
