A classic Italian pasta dish with garlic, olive oil, and a hint of chili.

Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the spaghetti is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic to the pan and sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
4. Stir in the red pepper flakes and cook for an additional minute.
5. Once the spaghetti is done, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
6. Toss the drained spaghetti into the pan with the garlic oil, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a light sauce.
7. Season with salt to taste and mix well.
8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
