A delicious and juicy chicken cooked easily with the help of a cider can. Serve it with refreshing pico de gallo salsa!

Ingredients:

- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can of cider
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika powder
- Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon oil

Pico de Gallo Salsa:

- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- A handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder.
3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken and inside the cavity.
4. Open the can of cider and place it on the grill grate. Carefully slide the chicken onto the can so it stands upright.
5. Grill the chicken with the lid closed for about 45-60 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
6. Prepare the pico de gallo by mixing all ingredients in a bowl and seasoning with salt.
7. Serve the chicken with pico de gallo on the side.
