A refreshing and nutritious salad featuring tender chicken and couscous, perfect for a light meal.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 package (about 400g) chicken strips
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ cucumber
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato cubes
- 100g blue cheese
Instructions:
1. Cook the couscous according to the package instructions and let it cool.
2. Sauté the chicken strips in a pan until golden brown, seasoning to your taste.
3. Tear the romaine lettuce into a large bowl.
4. Chop the tomatoes and cucumber, and add them to the salad.
5. Incorporate the cooled couscous and sautéed chicken strips into the salad.
6. Mix in the sun-dried tomato cubes.
7. Crumble the blue cheese over the top of the salad.
8. Gently toss all ingredients together and serve immediately.
