A refreshing and healthy avocado salad wrap perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Quick to prepare, and absolutely delightful!

Serving Size: 2 wraps
Ingredients:
- 2 whole grain wraps
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 red onion
- A handful of fresh lettuce (e.g., romaine or iceberg)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
1. Dice the avocado, cucumber, tomato, and red onion into small cubes.
2. In a bowl, combine all the diced ingredients. Add lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Take the wraps and place a layer of lettuce in the center of each.
4. Spoon the avocado salad mixture on top of the lettuce.
5. Roll the wraps tightly and enjoy immediately.
