A hearty and comforting stew made with ground beef, vegetables, and rice. Perfect for a family meal!

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 dl rice
- 2 tbsp vegetable broth
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 kg napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 liter water
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and sliced carrots to the pan, cooking until softened.
3. Stir in the rice and mix well.
4. Pour in the vegetable broth, black pepper, and water. Bring the mixture to a boil.
5. Add the chopped napa cabbage to the pot, stir well, and reduce the heat.
6. Let the stew simmer for about 20-30 minutes, until the rice is cooked and the flavors have melded together.
7. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
