A simple and flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml olive oil
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add red chili flakes and sauté for another 30 seconds.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water as needed for moisture.
5. Season with salt to taste and toss again.
6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
