Ingredients:
- 1 pack of mozzarella balls - 2 handfuls of fresh basil leaves
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and chop the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.2. Cut the avocado and mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
3. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
