A delicious and hearty dish featuring marinated chicken strips, crispy bacon, and colorful bell peppers. Perfect for a cozy dinner! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g garlic-marinated chicken strips
- 1 packet of bacon
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Oil for frying
- A splash of sweet chili sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the chicken strips and cook until they are fully cooked.
4. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Add them to the pan and sauté until soft.
5. Chop the bell pepper and add it to the pan. Cook for a few more minutes until the pepper is tender.
6. Stir in the cooked bacon and add a splash of sweet chili sauce. Mix well.
7. Serve warm, ideally with pasta or rice.
