A delicious and cheesy chicken pasta dish with a hint of sweetness from pineapple. Perfect for a cozy dinner. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2-3 tomatoes
- 1/2 can of pineapple + its juice
- 300 g honey-marinated chicken strips
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- Approximately 3 dl cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
2. Chop the tomatoes, bell pepper, and garlic.
3. Heat a little oil in a pan and add the garlic. Sauté for a moment.
4. Add the chicken strips to the pan and cook until they are done.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes, bell pepper, and drained pineapple to the pan. Mix well.
6. Pour the pineapple juice into the pan and season with salt. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
7. Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce and add the cheese. Mix until the cheese has melted.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
