A delicious chicken pasta dish with a rich tomato sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 600 g chicken strips
- Herbal salt to taste
- Grilling seasoning to taste
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 200 ml vegetable oil blend
- 250 g Fusilli pasta
Instructions:
1. Cook the Fusilli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil blend in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken strips to the pan and season with herbal salt and grilling seasoning. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and mix well. Let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and mix thoroughly. Serve warm.
