Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken pieces - 1 zucchini, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp Tabasco sauce (to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 300 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.2. Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
3. Add the zucchini, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes to the cooked chicken. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add the cooked pasta and Tabasco sauce to the skillet. Mix well. If the mixture is too dry, you can add a little of the pasta cooking water.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
