Spicy Grilled Hake

Preparation Time: 40 minutes (including marinating) Serving Size: Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 hake fillets - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. 2. Add the hake fillets to the seasoning mixture and toss until the fillets are well coated. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the hake fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
4. Squeeze lime juice over the grilled fillets just before serving.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with grilled vegetables or a salad.
