Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti)
- 300 g chicken fillets
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml apricot jam
- 100 ml grated cheese
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
- Olive oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chicken fillets until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
3. Add chopped bell pepper and crushed garlic to the pan. Sauté for a few minutes.
4. Stir in the pesto, cream, and apricot jam. Mix well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix it with the sauce.
