Ingredients:

- 100 g fresh nettles
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Rinse the nettles thoroughly in cold water and dry them.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, egg, and salt to create a thick batter.
3. Heat oil in a deep skillet or pot to about 180°C (350°F).
4. Dip the nettles into the batter one at a time and carefully place them into the hot oil.
5. Fry the nettles for about 2-3 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove the fritters and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve immediately.
