Ingredients:

- 100 g fresh primroses
- 200 g mixed salad greens (e.g., arugula, iceberg lettuce, spinach)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bell pepper (preferably red)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or pine nuts)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Rinse the primroses gently and pat them dry carefully.
2. Tear the mixed salad greens into a serving bowl.
3. Slice the cucumber and bell pepper, and add them to the salad.
4. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
5. Sprinkle the nuts into the salad mix.
6. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, then drizzle the dressing over the salad.
7. Gently add the primroses on top of the salad for decoration.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy the freshness of spring!
