Delightful caramel cupcakes with a gooey caramel center and a rich salted fudge frosting. Perfect for a coffee break or as a treat for guests!

Serving Size: 12 cupcakes

Ingredients:

- 125 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g caramel sauce

Frosting:

- 150 g butter
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 50 g caramel sauce
- A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
2. Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then alternately add to the butter mixture with the milk.
5. Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
6. Add a dollop of caramel sauce into the center of each cupcake.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cupcakes are cooked through.
8. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
9. For the frosting, beat the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the caramel sauce and mix until well combined.
10. Frost the cupcakes and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.
