A delicious marshmallow fudge that combines four flavors: white chocolate, marzipan-almond, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate. Preparation time is about 1 hour. Serves: 12.Ingredients:
- 200 g white chocolate
- 200 g marzipan
- 100 g chopped almonds
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 400 g marshmallows
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Melt the white chocolate and cream in a saucepan over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until they are melted.
2. Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and smooth the surface. Allow it to cool.
3. Repeat the same process separately for the dark chocolate and milk chocolate mixtures, stirring in 100 g of marshmallows into each.
4. Add the marzipan and chopped almonds to the white chocolate mixture and mix well.
5. Let all the mixtures cool and set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
6. Cut the fudge into pieces and serve.
