Ingredients:
- 400 g sweetened condensed milk
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 100 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or hazelnuts)
Instructions:
1. Lightly grease a square baking dish (approximately 20 cm x 20 cm) and line it with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and dark chocolate together until fully smooth.
3. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and fold in the nuts until evenly distributed.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the surface.
6. Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 2 hours, then transfer to the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Once set, cut the fudge into squares and package beautifully for gifting. Enjoy!
