Ingredients:
- 400 g unsweetened condensed milk
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g white chocolate
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Nuts or dried fruits (optional)
Instructions:
1. Grease a square pan (about 20x20 cm) and line it with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate, white chocolate, and butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
3. Add the condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture. Mix well.
4. Continue stirring over low heat for about 5-10 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
5. If desired, add nuts or dried fruits and mix evenly.
6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
7. Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
8. Cut the fudge into small pieces and package it beautifully as a gift.
