Ingredients:
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 400 g ground meat (beef or pork)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Slice the zucchini and tomato.
3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until soft.
4. Add the ground meat to the pan and brown it well.
5. Stir in the zucchini slices and tomatoes, mixing everything together.
6. Add the tomato paste, salt, black pepper, oregano, and water. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
7. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
8. Serve warm.
