Summer Hydrangea Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 head of lettuce (such as romaine or iceberg)
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 avocado
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g pine nuts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dry the lettuce, tear it into bite-sized pieces, and place it in a large bowl.
2. Slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and chop the red bell pepper. Add all these ingredients to the lettuce.
3. Cube the avocado and place it on top of the salad.
4. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad and sprinkle the pine nuts.
5. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, seasoning with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad.
6. Gently toss the salad and serve immediately.
