Delicate hydrangea-themed cupcakes perfect for celebrations. Easy to pipe with a closed star tip.

Ingredients:

- 125 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Frosting:

- 250 g buttercream or whipped cream
- 100 g cream cheese
- Poppy seeds for decoration

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Cream together the butter and sugar until well combined.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then add to the batter alternately with the milk.
5. Stir in the vanilla sugar and mix until smooth.
6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin tin cups.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cupcakes are cooked through.
8. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
9. Prepare the frosting by mixing the buttercream and cream cheese together until smooth.
10. Pipe the frosting decoratively on top of the cupcakes using a closed star tip.
11. Finish by sprinkling poppy seeds on top for decoration.
