Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, alternating between them, and mix until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
