Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder.
3. In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and lightly beat them.
4. Pour the breadcrumbs into a third bowl.
5. Dip the chicken pieces first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well covered.
6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
7. Fry the nuggets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
8. Remove the nuggets and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
